Powerful HR Training

I just realized last night (Jakarta time on Thursday, 22 April 2021), after breaking the fast with members and the local committee and helpers in Wisma Subud Cilandak, that the greatest and most powerful human resources (HR) training is found in Subud. We are trained under the guidance of the Almighty in managing the connectivity between people as well as with ourselves.

I started to notice it when I was asked by a helper to coordinate the members who come to Latihans at Wisma Subud Cilandak during the pandemic, so that they would strictly adhere to all the health protocols that are in place and the prohibition on gathering after the Latihan—something that members seemed to really want, because the aura of Wisma Subud Cilandak does indeed make people feel at home for a long time. Everyone has different attitudes and behaviors, and it is my job to make ALL of them happy and welcome the rules imposed by the committee.

I made no effort to do the task, instead I was moved by an unseen force that made me dare to face people of all traits, without facing any resistance from them. Their attitude is like “OK, if that's what you want. We fully support you.”©2021
